Yes, if you have not received an injection in 6 months or more and you did not have regular periods while taking the injection. The depo-provera shot suppresses ovulation. Once you begin having regular periods again, then your body should have returned to normal. However, many women still have periods, even when on this type of Birth Control, so after being off of the injection for several months and once you begin regular periods again, you need to check for ovulation using an ovulation predictor kit, just to make sure.
However, realize that it may take as long as 18 months after the last depo-provera shot for periods to return to normal.

I think you are trying to ask if anyone has ever had regular periods and negative pregnancy tests while being pregnant? I am 25ish weeks into my 3d pregnancy. I didn't get a positive test result until about a month ago and I had regular periods the first trimester. This is normal for me as it happened with both of my boys too. Also with the "I didn't know I was pregnant" TV show with many other women saying the same thing happened with them, that while it is not the norm, it does happen.

Many girls do not have regular periods when they first start having periods. As long as you are having periods every two or three months, there is no real reason for concern at this time. Periods can be irregular for no apparent reason sometimes. I'm thinking that it's pretty normal. Most of the women I know have periods that are longer or shorter from time to time. If you continue to have an issue, maybe you should think about birth control pills. Pills can lighten your periods, make them shorter, and they will make your periods regular. My period went from 7 days to 3 days Good luck k. And by the way, props on being a virgin. Once it's gone you can't get it back!!

if you are talking about menstrual blood then yes. They aren't clots thought, they are the lining of your uterus, which is perfectly normal. If they get too heavy, you might consider a trip to the doctor just to check it out.
