No, in and of itself, it is fine, even normal, for anyone to have a sexual desire of most any type. His wanting to touch would fall within that catagory, and certainly isn't strange behavior by most any standards. Through your life you may find people who do want to express themselves with you in ways commonly considered weird, but that too is really in no means abuse. You too have the right to act, or not, as you desire. You like them, should respct when the other party says No. So abuse isn't really the act or esire to do something...it is forcing the act on someone who doesn't want to participate.
