Zionism is certainly one of the causes of the Israeli-Palestinian Conflict. It is not the only cause of the conflict and is also not the most important cause of the conflict.
Zionism is one of many contributing factors that led to the Israeli-Palestinian Conflict. The reason for this is that Zionism is the nationalistic philosophy that led to Israel's creation. Without Zionism, there would be no Israel and therefore the conflict would not have existed. However, without Arab Nationalism, universal Anti-Semitism, and inequality between Jews and Muslims in Arab countries, there would never have been a reason for conflict either.
The British Mandate of Palestine.
The question as posed is nonsensical. Zionism is the movement responsible for the entire creation of Israel. The changes "due to Zionism" are completely inseparable from the changes that occurred naturally as Israel developed as a State.
It is highly unlikely that Palestine will prevail against Israel through strength of arms. Arab armies far larger and better equipped have not been able to achieve this. Palestine can certainly fight a guerrilla war or an intifada that will have an affect on Israeli resolve, but the best bet for a free and independent Palestine is to choose to accept that Israel is a necessary partner for peace. Israel is not going anywhere.
It depends what you mean by "Palestine". If you are referring exclusively to the Palestinian Territories, there are abuses by Muslim Palestinians of Christian Palestinians and the defacing of their holy sites and monuments. Additionally, there is a conflict between Jewish Israeli Settlers and Israeli Soldiers and Palestinians (both Muslim and Christian). If you are using "Palestine" as a shorthand for "Israel and Palestine", then the religions in the conflict are Judaism, Christianity, and Islam. However, those religions are not at conflict. The Israeli-Palestinian Conflict is a ethnic/nationalist conflict where religions are used as ethnic identifiers (similar to the 1990s in Yugoslavia). It is not a theological conflict.
Zionism is certainly one of the causes of the Israeli-Palestinian Conflict. It is not the only cause of the conflict and is also not the most important cause of the conflict. Zionism is responsible for the existence of the State of Israel since Zionism was the Jewish Nationalist movement to establish a Jewish State in the Land of Israel. Without Israel, there would be no Arab-Israeli conflict. However, it is worth noting that while Zionism is a base cause of the Arab-Israeli conflict, numerous other far more lethal conflicts (like the Iran-Iraq War) have nothing to do with Israel.

Israel.
In a very distant way, Zionism is responsible for the existence of Israel. Without Israel, there would be a unitary Arab State in Palestine and therefore no blockade problem in Gaza. However, Zionism has no direct connection to the blockade of the Gaza Strip.
To end violance between palestine and Israel.
zionism - "the national movement for the return of the Jewish people to their homeland and the resumption of Jewish sovereignty in the Land of Israel, advocated, from its inception, tangible as well as spiritual aims."
Zionism is a movement that supports the establishment of a Jewish homeland in the region of historic Palestine. It emphasizes the right of Jewish people to self-determination and a secure state in the land of Israel.
This could be achieved mainly by solving the Israel-Palestine conflict with just and fairness.
Primarily the lower Levant, typically called Israel-Palestine.
Zionism had not begun by that point. In the 1840s, if a Jew wanted to Return to the Land of Israel at that point they meant it in a Messianic sense.

Zionism is one of numerous causes of the Arab-Israeli Conflict and the Israeli-Palestinian Conflict. Zionism is the philosophy that the Jewish people should have a nation-state just like the German people, Turkish people, Greek people, and so on. Without Zionism, there would be no State of Israel, and hence any conflicts associated with that state would not exist. However, the mere existence of the State of Israel does not cause conflict; the existence combined with its rejection by its neighbors for various reasons.
