Its very simple, u can go for the CTAB method , with bit modification,
1) Ensure the youngest possible leaves, very tender enough to crush.
2) Crush the leaf sample in liquid nitrogen.
3) add quickly CTAB buffer to the crushed isolate immediately.
4) the follow Rapid method of isolation.
