I'm sorry, but that is not the way the body works. Chemicals from different drugs are "left over" in the bladder walls and "fall off" during urination. This is a very crude way of saying it. Some people get lucky and will pass a drug screen, but others are not so lucky. Marijuana for instance is stored in the fat and the breakdown of this will depend on the person's fat and metabolism....not whether or not they drank water and took antibiotics.
