She may have just said this in a fit of anger. Has there been any talk of separation or divorce? If not, I suggest you do nothing, but keep on doing what you can to keep your relationship going. She may have had some lesbian thoughts before marriage, but she apparently was able to have a 12 year relationship with you and raise four kids.
It's in the interests of both of you, and of the kids, to keep this going if you can.
