Ive done everything sexually and havent been able to climax im 17 and been sexually active for about 9 months is that normal and if it is what can you do to climax?

Perfectly normal, a climax is not just about having sex it is about making love.
If you are a female, then this is absolutely normal, coz it was found that only 20% of wonem reach orgasm during a sexual act, for women don't need orgasm like men do (this is the trigger for ejaculation). In fact, vaginal fluids are easily secreted, even without the feel of climax.
