If he really likes you and hes your brother's friend then shouldn't your brother be more comfortable with you dating someone he knows and trusts rather than a total stranger? I think you should go for it if it makes you happy but try not to hurt other people in the process. -FD16

It is possible that he likes you, but the fact that he talked to you once and liked your profile photo doesn't necessarily mean he's into you that way. He might just think of you as a friend. I suggest that if you want to be more than friends with this person, that you message him or talk to him again and see if you can get any more clues as to how he feels about you.
