Jeep Cherokee 1996 turn signals not working New relay new switch still not working Sometimes they come on for a couple of blinks and then dont work for months COuld it be a short or fuse?

I'd have to guess a short. If it were a fuse, it would have blown and then it won't work at all. Intermittent problems are hard to diagnose. Check the bulbs to see if they're getting power or not. If not, try getting a wiring diagram and trace the wires backwards until you find out where you're losing voltage. A clue would be if neither side blinkers work, then it must be something that both lights share.

It means one of the lights is burnt out or loose and is not working. Turn on the turn signals and get out of the car and see which bulb is not working. Replace that bulb.

When the cold light comes on it is because the Coolant/Antifreeze is still cold, and that you should drive moderately until the engine reaches normal operating temperatures. When it blinks blue it usually means that there is an electrical malfunction with the cooling system somewhere. (usually the coolant sensor goes bad) If the light blinks red then the car is overheating.
