Every Sunday is a celebration of the Resurrection of Jesus Christ, but we do not break our fast at anytime. These Sundays are still part of Lent. Something which is difficult for you and which would be a sacrifice. In addition you are to abstain in general, give alms (services, money, etc.), and pray everyday.
One example pertained to the Sabbath. Jesus raised eyebrows when He and his followers picked (wheat) on the Sabbath, which is Saturday.
