Definitely not! You need to take good care of your feet. My husband has been diabetic for over thirty years and his only foot problem is a lost toenail (because he dropped a dresser drawer on it. It never healed properly, possibly--but not definitely--because of his Diabetes.) Diabetics who have diabetic neuropathy might not notice a foot injury because they don't feel their extremities. Not noticing problems can lead to problems getting worse. If you have a partner, have that person look at your feet for any signs of injury. It's sometimes hard to see parts of your own feet.
poor circulation to their extremities
Well, Schnauzers don't shed, but they do tend to lose hair. Having diabetes Will make them weaker and lose more hair in an act of shedding, so yes.
Find a new line of work. Not trying to be harsh or crass here, but that's just the reality of it.

No. However, if you can't pass a DOT physical, you won't be able to get your DOT medical card renewed, and that will make you ineligible for employment as a commercial driver. However, for that to happen because of diabetes.. it would have to be a pretty extreme case.
Yes.
That would depend on why you lost the rights to your first one. If they think that you will be a danger to your child they will do something. Just because you lose the rights to one though does not mean that you automatically lose the rights to another.
Well if you did you would automatically lose because that is cheating. I love bakugan and do not break rules because that would be poor sportsmanship!
