clean the throttle body unhook both the batt. cables touch them together for 30 seconds hook batt back up and your good to go
Bad alternator not charging battery? Bad voltage regulator? Blown fusable link?

The speed sensor on a 2003 Silverado is located on the transmission. It is just behind the large pumpkin shape that is called the hub.
The battery light can come on due to a low charging voltage. Check the alternator for full output, and make sure that the alternator belt is not slipping.

It is mounted just below the battery. It is in a black plastic box. It is on the engine side of the battery.

It is right beside the battery, engine side of the battery. It is in a black plastic box just inches under the side of the battery.
Check the battery cables or starter.
Bad O2 sensors will cause this. I just went through the same thing with my 99 silverado. also had to have the catalytic converters replaced. Cost $650
