Ron Frances Wireworks or Painless Wiring should be able to help.
Go to the dealership that you bought it from or look in the manual thing that you get when you bought the car.
In 1995 the 3.8l was the v6 engine for camaros in California and in 96 the 3.8l was the only v6 for all camaros , so there would be NO difference, don't post sh*t on here if you don't know what you're talking about...well there is no such thing as a 95 3.8 they intro'd the 3.8 in the base 96 models so i woulda have to say yes definitely1993-96 had 3.8, they were very rare, i believe 7.3% of Camaro's came with the 3.8 RS package. The wiring is the same. I replaced my old 1995 Camaro 3.4 motor with a 1993 3.4 and the wiring was the same. Also best friend bought a 1996 and went to a junk yard and found a 3.8 motor in a 94 camaro, everything was the same.
