All human beings in a given country are equal before the law of that nation, who, he, may be, what position, he/she may have held in the society of that nation. If at all that nation's constitutional provisions does not place, all the citizens, equal before the eye of law of that nation, then, it will certainly create a social imbalance and invite chaos amongst people. It is certainly bad, unjustified, illogical and is biased against groups. Thanks.
