I am not entirely sure what you mean by this but I will attempt to answer it for you.
If by what legislation is there in the UK against free speech, you mean what prevents free speech in the UK the Answer is simple.
I am not trying to get into a political argument with a person with a Left Wing political view, but the main legislation that prohibits free speech is the Anti-Racism legislation, Equality and Diversity legislation and the Human Right legislation.
All of which make it impossible to say anything at all that might in either a direct or indirect way offend someone. This is one of the biggest problems to the United Kingdoms survival as it forces us all to get along while secretly hating each other.

In the UK it is not that extreme yet at least but when even small children have to be cautious in case they say something that goes against a political view.
Or where nursery rhymes like "Blah Blah Black Sheep" are banned for supposedly emphasising being black as being strange or different you know something is seriously wrong!
I mean come on it is a fun nursery rhyme to amuse little kids, we were all taught it and enjoyed it as kids. We did not turn out so bad from learning it did we.
