This is what i learned by interviewing a Mexican:The earthquake kinda opened the eyes of Mexicans, they were much more aware now of what was going on. Many people died and the gov. didnt help didnt help save people. Mexico was a very sad country after that. When the soccer cup came to Mexico it gave many people a distraction. It helped a lot.
Of course. One aftershock occurred the following day (September 20) at around 8:00 PM.
Yes. The most destructive in modern times occurred on September 19, 1985 and resulted in 45,000 dead and a huge economic loss. Its intensity was 8.0 Mw (8.1 on Richter Scale). The latest, high-intensity earthquakes in Mexico City happened on March 20, 2012 and April 18, 2014. Their intensities were 7.8 Mw and 7.5 Mw, respectively. None of these resulted in fatalities.
The genre of the book Earthquake Terror is realistic fiction because this could happen in real life and is kind of fiction.
Earthquake can effect human life in many different ways. It takes many peoples life and mostly it destroyes many peoples houses. It causes distruction to many rich peoples business. So for them it is better to make flexible buildings. After an earthquake it is possible that tsunami can be caused and that causes too much distruction,it pollutes drinking water, and many other facilities.
The earthquake predictions depend on everyday life because the tectonic plates move a few micrometres each day. where two tectonic plates meet is called a convergent boundary and this causes an earthquake but look online and if you live in New Zealand by any chance the likelyhood of an earthquake is reasonably high. Adam.
If the Earthquake is in the desert it will not make such an impact on the daily life, nor kill as many people because no building can collapse, no gas pipes to break, or cars to crash.
There was an earthquake on July 28, 1958, however it didn't have as much devastation as the Mexico City earthquake of 1985, where an earthquake 10 times greater than Haiti's caused a great loss of life (from 10,000 to 50,000), with some 500 buildings collapsed and 3,000 more with damage beyond repair.

Of course. One instance is the 1985 Mexico City earthquake which left 412 buildings collapsed and another 3,124 damaged beyond repair. Some sources state that more than 700,000 people in Mexico City and its suburbs lost their homes, prompting them to find shelter on other cities close to the country's capital, such as Toluca, Pachuca, Cuernavaca and Puebla. Many of them stayed on those cities and started a new life there.
