The life cycle of sugar cane is as follows: first, it is planted and the by product then gets sent to the sugar refinery. Next the sugar cane residue is extracted and sent to the pulp board where it is made into different shapes and sizes. The roots then go into items such as food containers and become part of the organic waste collection where it then becomes garbage, compost, or goes into the soil. Finally the sun causes photosynthesis to occur and the plant sugar cane begins to grow again.
