The Constitution lists 10 powers that Congress has that include the power to tax and spend power to borrow money power to regulate commerce, and power for naturalization and regulating bankruptcy. The other powers of Congress are the power to coin money and set its value, power to punish counterfeiters, power to control patents and copyrights, power to establish post office and post roads, power to create courts inferior to supreme court, and the power to create rules and punish piracy.
