There IS such a thing as the Congressional Medal of Merit, it's just not a military award. It is an award that may be made by any US Congressman at his/her own discretion to anyone he/she deems fit for the award.

There is no master list of the recipients.
You would be hardput to find such a list, because there is no such thing as a "Congressional Medal of Merit".
Yes, the list of Congressional Medal of Honor recipients is long so I have attached a list for you on the related link below.
The Congressional Medal of Honor is bestowed to members of the military. George M. Cohan was awarded the Congressional Gold Medal in 1936, which is a civilian award, and is not the same as the Medal of Honor. See link below for full list of recipients:
As far as I know, there is no list for recipients of the Bronze Star Medal from WWII. The reason for this is, unlike higher awards that are awarded strictly for combat actions (Medal of Honor, Distinguished Service Cross, Distinguished Service Medal- which have lists of recipients) the Bronze Star Medal may be awarded also for non-combat reasons. Because of this, the list would be extraordinarily long, particularly for a period of war.
A complete list can be found by following the related link below
I think there is no list prepare for Burma Star Medal. Perhaps, the reason is this medal is not of any significant importance.

There are many websites (some official) that list all Medal of Honor recipients. Do a websearch by simply typing in Medal of Honor. I suggest this only because there were 96 recipients from WWI - TOO MANY to list.
Absolutely. Go to the Congressional Medal of Honor Society's website cmohs.org and you'll find the full list of everyone who was awarded the Medal.
The web page listing medal of freedom recipients from 1945 to 1949 seems to be fairly incomplete. All five mentions in 1949 are women. Fritz Zwicky is said to have received this medal in 1949, but there is no mention. There is also no mention of a medal in 1947 for Alex E. S. Green
