First of all it is Dorothy Dandridge, a noted early Black actress. As far as I know she was never on Little Rascals- confined mainly to adult roles such as Carmen Jones ( I think- Boxer-and-cop variant of the Spanish-oriented opera) - She always wanted to play Cleopatra, but was knocked down. Gina Lollobrigida got the nod in the loosely similar Solomon and Sheba. ( essentially Cleo character but all comes out well for the principals in the end!)
