usually on a mitsubisi if you sit in the driver side just under the dash on the left hand side of the steering wheel... to see it u usually have to look directly up at from the floor of your car ;) good luck...
And for everyone out there who asks if a Mitsubishi has OBDII then from what I have learnt the answer is yes for everything after 1996 ;)

By law in the US the OBD II DLC (Data Link Connector) has to be within 18" of the steering column.
The 2004 Chevrolet Venture OBD 2 port is on lower edge of dash; left of or under steering column
The 2001 Mitsubishi Montero OBD 2 port is under driver side dash above accelerator
OBD II port should be under the dash on the drivers side.
