If your vehicle is equipped with one, it should be located on the passenger side, underside of the dash near the center console. It should be a black plastic snap-on cover about 1 1/2 inches wide by about 6 inches long, that may or may not be marked "cabin filter" (or something similar). Simply pop it off, pull out the filter (pay attention to its correct orientation, the airflow direction matters), install a new one, if necessary, and reinstall the cover.
You may need to use something to pry the filter out enough to grab, and you will likely need to bend the filter to remove and/or install it.
