If it's fuel injected, then the fuel filter is down below and under the rear passenger side of the car. If it is carbed, then the fuel filter will be a tiny one just off the carb under the hood.
Unclogging a fuel filter is impractical, unreliable, and difficult. It is far easier to replace the filter, which will usually cost less than 15 dollars.

On my 1988 Crown Vic, The fuel filter was located on the passenger side, right in front of the rear tire, tucked up on the frame but the models of the '85 and '88 crown vic are different. but i hope this helps you.
Sugar will not turn to sluge or 'cement' in your gas tank. It will however block your fuel injectors and fuel filter. Replace the fuel injectors or clean them and replace your fuel filter. You may have to replace your fuel filter a few times. If you can, take your gas tank out and wash it with water.
The fuel filter is under the alternator, you also have one in the carburetor. I got more fuel hose and moved the fuel filter to the fender with zip ties to anything there this way it takes 5 minutes to change the filter instead of 2 hours. also I only change the carburetor filter once every other year, or 4 (plastic) fuel filter changes.
depends on the motor type, transimission etc. For example my 1983 camaro has a 350 5.7 in it but that was not the orignal motor. The chances of ur 92 camaro having a 350 are not good seeing as you are asking a question like this. It also is determined by if ur car is fuel injected or carb.
