Yes that's right, its under the dash , its easiest to take out the glove box to get at it. You don't have to take the glove box out to remove the fuel pump relay. If you're thinking of the overdrive relay you would be correct. To remove the fuel pump relay, you have to remove the cloth cover under the passenger side of the dashboard. The relay is rectangular, and attached to the firewall by a metal clip. It's white in color and the part number is 3523608.
