∙ 15y agoThey are located within your stomach. ---More Specific--- There are 3 types of gastric glands. The "Cardiac" gastric glands are located near the opening to the esophagus at the top of the stomach. The "Intermediate" are in the central stomach in the walls of the mid-stomach. The "Pyloric" gastric glands are located at the base of the stomach where it joins the upper intestines.
