Longest living corn snake

Some of the biggest tend to be females between 5-6'. I have been unable to find any record of one exceeding 72" but someone will correct me if they see an exception.

I have 5 corn snakes and my longest corn snake is 6"8', 80 inches, 203cm. I'm trying to find out if there is any one with a longer one I an currently in the process of trying to sort out for getting Monty in to the Guinness Book of World Records, I was told Monty is male when i got him but now seem to think he's female as my longest male corn is 5"3, hope this helps out.

By longest do you mean in terms of years or feet and inches? You really should be more specific when asking a question.

Anyhow, in terms of years, I believe the longest case on record was a female corn snake that lived at Jacksonville Zoo, Florida, so contacting them may confirm this. As I recall, it lived to an incredible 33 years. The 'norm' is generally thought to be 15-20 years.

As for linear length, around 6 feet is the longest known corn snake - anything over 5 feet being large. They vary in size quite a bit, though, and anything from 3 feet to 5 feet is perfectly normal for an adult corn snake.

The longest snake species on the planet is a Reticulated Python. Anacondas are typically regarded as the biggest.

Corn snakes usually don't reach beyond 5.5 feet, but the longest I'm familiar with is 6 feet.
