if all you did was dance then don't tell him, unless it bothers you, like vice versa if he happened to dance with a another woman at a club would you want to know about it? if it was just harmless dancing he don't need to know about it, unless you made out in a vip room, then you clearly have some issues, but other than that dancing is harmless.

Anyway I do am sorry that you had found something about your husband being on a dating site. Now what you must do is get all the information, when he started and it will show if his a paying member. From there you can start by talking to your husband and make sure that he will not manipulate you by telling you that his only trying to see what goes on. If you keep your mouth shut, take my words for it your husband will just continued what his doing.
