If you are married to more than one man at a time you are a Bigamist, which is against the law and punishable by fine or jail time or both. I understand that there are still some communities of Mormons where the man has several wives.

Answer

In the United States (and most if not all Western countries) a woman can only be married to one man at a time. Plural marriages are not legal in the United States. If you are legally married and get "married" again the second marriage is null and void.

Is it illegal for a married man to move in with a different married woman in the state of Nebraska?

I do not believe that it is illegal for a married man to move in with a woman that is married to a different man. The only law that may apply is if the man decides to marry the woman before either of them get divorced. That is called polygamy, and is illegal in all 50 states.

If an engagement ring is given on a holiday such as Valentine's day and you do not get married does she have to give the ring back?

* Whether you get engaged on a holiday or not then the ring you give the young woman you love is hers. If it's a family heirloom then that is the only time the engaged young woman may offer to give it back. If you ever get engaged again to another young woman she wouldn't want some other young woman's engagement ring.

Is there a right way to compliment a married woman?

When complimenting a woman it should come from the heart and be the truth and not a con job. If a man feels the married woman is attractive then he should say so in a matter of fact tone and not coming onto her. If she is a good hostess or a good cook then compliment her. If she is intelligent or good at her job realize married women have a brain and are multi taskers and being married and having a good career at the same time. Women like to be appreciated. Be very careful you do not get too personal with your comments as she may think you are flirting with her or you may make her feel uneasy.

Is it ms or miss for a woman that may or may not be married?

Ms for either/or, Miss for unmarried. The former is used more frequently these days as Miss is seen to be slightly old-fashioned, or not "politically correct" as it should make no difference whether a woman is married or unmarried (or formerly married) in official or business relationships.

What is A person who had more than one wife or husband called?

If a man commits the criminal offense of being married to more than one woman he is a bigamist. A man who is married to more than one woman in those countries where it is legal is a polygamist. The early Mormons in the United States were polygamists but then polygamy was made a criminal offense. A man may marry multiple times in most countries as long as each marriage ends in annulment, divorce, or death. He can only be married legally to one woman at a time. Famous example: King Henry VIII of England- six wives, but never two at the same time.
