"ca va" is french. it's their way of saying "hows it going?" or "how are you"?
never heard of "ca va plus?" before. probably slang. "plus" means "more" so I'm guessing it means something like "are you feelnig better?" or "happier?"
I'm not okay... so when someone asks u ca va? (roughly translated, are u okay?) u either reply with 'ca va' meaning :-), or 'ca ne va pas" meaning :-(
