you usally get pain before and during your period so dont worry but if it is really sore lie down and put a hot water bottle on your lower stomach. it helps alot, you could also take panadol

this could just be PMS as in PRE menstural symptoms.. i used to only have cramps during my rag and then i started having them before hand as i got older.
