Mercedes C200 Diesel W202 when you turn off the car it takes about 2 seconds before the engine stops It starts and run great just takes 2 seconds to turn off and engine vibrates when it does?

This is called dieseling. When you shut the engine off, it goes "Pocka, Pocka, Pocka" a few times and finally stalls.
In an older, carbureted car with a gasoline engine, it is an indication of too low octane fuel being used, or too rich a mixture.
In a newer, fuel injected car with a gasoline engine, oddly enough it is an indication of essentially the same thing. However, it often requires electronic adjustment of the fuel injection system or the vehicle's computer.
With a diesel engine, it is actually very common (part of the reason it is called dieseling), it may require nothing more than a good quality injector cleaner.
If you are not comfortable with DIY, take it to a local auto parts store such as AutoZone or Pep Boys and ask them to put the car on a tester. If there is anything wrong electronically, it will show and they can advise you of a good course of action.
