Mini cooper 03 has just started to have a flashing amber symbol like and exclamation mark next to the speedometer the same symbol is under the handbrake how to fix this and what problem is?

It's the low tire pressure warning. Check your tire pressure and adjust accordingly. Then, with the key in the on position, hold the button under the handbrake until it resets itself.
