You can retro fit ISOFIX to all Focus models. I did it to a 99 model.
currently trying to sort this out for my 05 plate focus and have been told i have to buy the mounts from ford dealer for around £17.00
it should, have a look at rear seats there should be a tag low down on the seat backs with isofix written on it

If you are talking Mk2 Focus, you need to purchase an ISOFIX mount kit from your Ford dealer (approx £15). This then attaches to pre-drilled holes (bolts supplied in kit - Torx size 10 I think) found under the base of backrest of the rear seats, one set on each side of the vehicle. You can see 2 black coloured blanks when lifting up the rear seats. I believe you have to remove the appropriate rear seat temporarily to fit the kit. TH - Derbyshire
