Blade belt might be too tight. You can adjust the belt, get the manual from here: http://sysdoc.doors.ch/Honda/31771700.pdf
Possibly a bad switch under the seat. This is a safety feature that kills the motor if you overturn the mower. Unless the seat switch is made, the motor will not run with the blades engaged. There is also a switch on the blade engagement mechanism so the mower "knows" when they are engaged.
Firstly, to sharpen the mower blade, remove it from the lawnmower and get any rust off with steel wool. Clamp the blade down and run along it a file. For badly damaged blades, it would be best to take it to a professional.
That's not much info to work with. But, assuming that you are talking about a riding mower which quits when you engage the blades, I would tell you to check out the seat safety switch. For some readon the mower doesn't think there is anyone on the seat. It will not run with the blades engaged with no one on the seat. Somewhere attached to the seat you will find a small switch with two wires going to it. It may have come unplugged or it could just be a bad switch.
Oil is a lubricant that helps to keep an engine running. If a person runs a lawn mower without oil, the mower will run, but it will cause problems like stalling out, or worse. +++ Its engine will run, but only for a very short time before seizing, probably ruining it.
If all oil the mower will not start. If only a little oil, the mower may start but run rough and smoke very much.
There are a couple of ways that you can oil a paper shredder. The easiest way is to put shredder oil on a sheet of paper and run it through the shredder. Run it forward. After the paper has made it all the way through, run it backwards. This will ensure all the shredder blades get coated. I recommend oiling your shredder after every time you empty it. If you have visible access to the shredder's blades, you can squirt oil directly into the blades and run the shredder in reverse for about 15-30 seconds. Be sure to go from the far left to the far right, covering everything.
wouldn't it run on gas or am i wrong
Some engine oil has entered the muffler when the mower was tipped, it will burn off after you run it, make sure the oil level is correct (don't overfill) as this can cause similar problems.
This has actually happened to me. There are some things you want to check.Make sure the blades are able to turn.Check your belts.Another problem might be with your PTO engage switch, these rarely burn out but the one on my tractor did.Check all things that engage the PTO, make sure all the lines and wires are connected and operational. My absolute best advice is to check with a dealer, but run over these things first so you don't go running to them with a simple problem.
No, its need fuel
this is me buddy
There's a safety switch under the seat. It will shut the tractor off if you get off the machine while the blades are engaged. It's not sensing your weight thinking you have fallen off the tractor.
