My 1995 northstar Seville sls transmission spits fluid back out through dipstick once engine is started what do you think the problem is?

You have a buildup of pressure in the transmission which may be because it is overfull of Transmission Fluid. I would advice you to immediately take it to a professional, before some serious damage is done.
