Where is the rattling from, the engine compartment or under truck? Have you recently had it off-road where you could have picked up gravel in your heat shield on the exhaust? If it's from the engine, it could be a loose bracket. Get someone to revv up for you while you get under the hood, and just listen and you can narrow down your options.
