I'm looking for any advice all of you experts can give... thank you very much! I need some help with my Land Rover Discovery series II 2001, the car is run fine, but one day, I stop on a red light and the engine turn off, I was able to start the engine back on, but later the same day I had the same problem. And the next day the car won't start any more we are looking for some technical expertise as to thoughts why my 2001 discovery II is not starting any more. If it is a Fuel Filter - where is the part located in the vehicle? I think it might be the fuel pump, but I don't know where is located. Could it be an oxygen sensor? Thank you in advance for all your support that I can get.
my land rover discovery 2 i want know is fix is hard or easy
Flat Battery No Fuel
Does your rover 214 have a k series engine if it does it could be a problem with your head gasket
when you change the fues and relay switches and the truck dont start what to do next.
engine coolent temperature sensor is giving incorrect readings when warm
is it necessary to have r14 fuse and r6 fuse in the fuse box to start and keep vehicle running
Several things can cause your land rover not to turn over. I would start with checking the battery. Is it fully charged? Do you hear a click when you try to start it. If so, could be a weak battery or a faulty starter solenoid. Those two are the most probable.
There is an obstruction in the cooling system. First suspect would be the thermosatat stuck in the closed position.
Make sure it has spark, to start with. If no spark I would check cam and or crank position sensor. Timing chain?
Range Rover Classic EFI will foul spark plugs if you start and stop the engine when cold. All models with 3.5, 3.9, 4.2, 4.0, 4.6 will wear out camshafts and/or blow headgaskets from 150,000km to 200,000km.
Mine does
where is it to start with.
