My 2002 Expedition leaks windshield washer fluid from a hose behind the right side kick panel so Where is that hose supposed to connect?

The other end of the hose is right behind the wiring harness. There is very little 'extra' hose to play with and it is a very small space. Have someone with small hands make the connection.
