My 2005 Mazda 6S last code read was P0300 random misfire have done just about everything to correct problem Changed 2 coils all spark plug wires and spark plugs still misfiring any ideas?

you have a blown headgasket. probably small leak in it now but it is going to get bigger. is the radiator low on antifreeze every once in a while? is there white smoke coming from exhaust?

Make sure the spark plugs have been changed recently. Also other usual tune up items (air filter, fuel filter, etc) can't hurt either. The plug wires are also another item that may need to be changed. If a check engine light is on, have it scanned.
