If once it stalls can you restart it? If not then see if the gas is missing or the spark has stopped. If you can restart it immediately then check the fuel pressures. Could be a low pressure from the puel pump or a clogged filter. As you run the car it cant feed enought to keep it going. But when starting the system has already built to pressure and filled the manifold.
If this doesnt help try repeating the question with some points filled in.
