My 8 mo old black lab's eyes are swollen nothing else and not red or have discharge... just paid off a 400 vet bill and dont have any money to take her back... can anyone help?

Our Brittany had the same problem last year. The vet gave us a steriod cream to rub on her eyes two times a day. Cleared the problem up in a few days.
