My DUI was dropped to Reckless driving. My question is what would happen if you didn't pay the rest of your court cost because you don't have a job?

They'd probably put out a bench warrant. Depending on the jurisdiction, the offer to reduce to reckless may be off the table if you don't comply with the original order, and you may have to face the original DUI.
