My Girlfriend is 16 years of age and weighs around 47kg - 50kg and is 179cm - 182cm tall she hardly if ever eats 3meals a day and wants to stop eating because she thinks weighs to much.?

Hi, im the guy who submitted this question i just would like to add that, she is not fat at all and i want to prove to her by consuming 2000 or so calories a day will maintain her weight, and that she is not over weight and should not stop eating. today she had a bottle of water for her lunch, dinner, tomorrows breakfast and lunch and dinner. Please Help!
