My Holden rodeo turbo diesel is using oil you had new rings and a new turbo but still uses oil would it be the valve stem seals?

it could be that the valves are not sealing due to dirty seats depending on the age not likely to be valves if its a new vehicle. it could be cauesed if your driveing it over 3000rpm a lot it will burn oil that can be solved by replacing with a heavyer grade of oil or you could have a leek that will only leek while the engine is hot due to metal expansion and contraction (cracked block/dameged sump)
