My Lincoln LS is blowing warm air on the drivers side and hot air on the passenger side. The compressor is on and the lines are cold but the air still comes out hot. What could be the problem?

You have 2 zone temperature control control. The heater control valve has failed and is open allowing the passenger side heater core to stay hot.
It is a very common problem and expensive to repair. It tends to be an intermittent problem and sometimes will work properly.

Check your settings...the passenger and drive have TWO different temperature settings.
