My Mac isn't loading any discs. Every time I put any disc at all it tries to load it for a couple minutes before spitting it out. Is the Mac OS X disk drive broken?

Yeah, it sounds like a problem with the disk drive. If you live near an Apple Store, go to their web site and make an appointment at the Genius Bar for them to evaluate (no charge).
