My Mother thinks her boyfriend might be cheating on her but I've already seen him with another women. What is the best way for me to tell my mother about this?

This will depend on both your relationship with your mother, and your relationship with her boyfriend.
If you have been antagonistic towards him, you mother might not be inclined to believe you.
If your relationship with your mother is close then you will need to be able to tell her why you haven't told her before now. You'll probably be able to tell her that you thought it was none of your business, or that there may have been an innocent explanation as to why he was with the other woman, and that you didn't know what the basis of the relationship between your mother and him was - perhaps they allowed each other to see other people.
If you are not too close to your mother then I think it might be best to tell her that you felt that telling her before now might drive you both further apart. That she might have felt that you were interfering in her life unnecessarily and possibly with an ulterior motive.
