My Secret World DS game has an existing password and I want to know how to delete and reset?

To change the password, go to the middle blue tab.
Click on "My Settings">2nd Tab with the lock.
Then select "Change Secret Code"
This ONLY works if you know the password in the first place!
If you don't then, it's quite easy, it will probably take two people to do it. Put the game in the DS, turn it on, click on the game icon to start the game then at the Ubisoft logo screen (just after the swirl), hold down the left and right buttons (top outside corners of the DS) and at the same time press the A, B, X and Y buttons, it's that simple. Just remember though you will loose ALL saved data.

There actually IS a way. IF you have the secret code or a secret code from your webkinz account then you can go to webkinz.com and click on log in then Forgot Password? and type in your username and secret code. But if you forgot your USERNAME and your password, you're proaboly out of luck. If you printed out your user information when you first started your account then you could look back to that and find out your answers. Hope I helped! good luck!

Press the buttons A B Y X and L and R triggers all at the same time. This is the only way to get in gameplay in my Secret World DS, but will delete all data on the game. Hope this works.
