My betta fish wants to eat but can't seem to grab the pellets This started just a few days ago What is wrong?

try soaking the pellets in water foe 1 minute and then feed that might help and if there is no improvment then i would feed it live food live blood worms or dead in that case

Bettas prefer a floating pellet since they naturally eat insect larvae that's on the water's surface. Goldfish need a slowly sinking pellet since they naturally eat water plants and gulping too much air from the surface can make them sick. There are betta specific pellets out there. They will last a long time since you only need to feed a betta a very small amount daily (usually betwen 4-5 pellets) Use them for a healthy, happy betta. Good luck!

If it is a male betta and its finns are not openned (like when they get angry), while he is looking at the reflection (I'm guessing it's almost like a mirror reflection) there is something wrong about your fish. Maybe he/she is lonely, or it is breeding season for your fish. But careful about putting two betta fishes in one tank~!
