My cervix is high and i have not gotten my period I just came off the mini pill 3 weeks ago and was having regular periods on it I took a preg test and it was neg do you think i might be pregnant?

I would guess you're probably ovulating for the first time, but the obvious approach is to take a pregnancy test in a week or two.
